So I had to go to the dr. today because like I said in a previous post, I have started having contractions. So they've actually gotten a little worse over the weekend, some were actually kinda hurting ones. NOTHING compared to actual labor pains, but they hurt none the less. So I called my dr. for some reassurance that these are normal braxton hicks contractions, but no such luck. My cervix has shrunk from 4.8 cm to 3.6 cm in just under a month! It's still a good length, however, I only have .6 cm before he puts me on bed rest, pelvic rest, the whole she-bang! He wanted to start me on Terbutaline, but I moaned and groaned cause that stuff makes me feel so yucky!! So we are gonna try ibuprofen, around the clock I might add (which means setting my alarm to take it in the middle of the night!) for 2 weeks to see if that helps or not. Last time I was on both meds AROUND THE CLOCK!!!! So, let the fun begin!!!
P.S. Congrats to Cassie and Mikey! They are also having a boy!!! Except for Jen, EVERYONE is having boys!!!
