My dear Jody,
We have been friends for 11 wonderful years. I have NO doubt that the Lord placed you in my life when He did for a reason. We needed each other. We were GOING to continue to need each other. Our lives were about to be turned upside down. He knew the only way we could get through it would be with each other! Through the years I have learned so much from you. You and Billy both have gotten me through some hard times in my life. You have also ALWAYS been there for me for the good and wonderful times! You guys drove all the way down from Idaho for my wedding for crying out loud!! Just to turn around and leave the same night!
You have ALWAYS been my sounding board. You have always been honest and open with me. I really do appreciate that you care so much about me. Thanks for all the long talks. Thanks for all the uplifting, inspiring words you always have for me. Everyone who knows you, LOVES you! It's because you genuinely care about EVERYONE! You have the biggest heart of anyone I know. Your boys ARE and WILL be AMAZING men. When I think about how special they are, I know the Lord saved those boys for you and Billy. You are both the most amazing, helpful, caring, loving, uplifting, souls on this planet!
Sorry, this was the only picture I got of this whole time you were here! So you need to get some posted on facebook soon! I am so, so, so happy I got to see you. I know you are "worried" but I promise you things are really gonna be ok. Thanks to you, I know what it is I need to do. I know how I need to live my life. You are the most amazing example to me! I feel blessed to have been such a big part of your life. Thank you for always allowing me to be myself. And for loving me anyway. I don't know what I would ever do without you in my life. Thanks to Billy too, for allowing us to be "that close" even after you were married. :) I am so grateful he didn't take that away from us. He is a great man. You both are just amazing. I love you Jode. Thanks again for being my friend!!
