Zoowalk for Autism 2012

On Saturday, I took ALL the kids to the Zoowalk for Autism 2012! It was so much fun to spend time with them. It was all made possible by my dear friend Kelly. She donated the admission for me to get in! It was also a good chance for daddy to get some good quality time with Uncle Jed. It was such a beautiful day!! The kids LOVED walking to the zoo and they got to walk on the bridge! Then we came home and watched conference the rest the day! Of course we got a trip to WinnCo in...that was nuts! People in line for CARTS!! Talk about sensory overload for our kiddos!! But it was neat. 

         This was Jack looking at Tyla while she was being super brave about the person dressed as an Ice cream cone!! She did AMAZING! Meltdown was averted! SCORE!

This was my friend Kelly with my kids with autism! She is such a sweetheart and I don't what I'd do with out her! It was so great to see older kids on the spectrum! Seeing them talking and interacting was a big eye opener. Makes me so grateful for how wonderful my kids are! And how super smart they are!! Autism is not a curse, it's a BLESSING!! I get a hand in raising THREE of Heavenly Father's choice spirits! How LUCKY am I?!
