JacK AnD HiS MimI!!

Everyday, several times a day, you can look at Jack and this is what you will see. He loves his mimi!! He loves walking around with his mimi over his head! What's a "mimi" you might ask?

THE HISTORY OF THE "MIMI":

Well, it all started with my nephew Tanner. He used to go into his mom's dirty clothes and find her used, um let's say "delicate's" and try and snuggle them cause they were so soft and silky. Since that grossed mommy out, she sought help elsewhere. Luckily, Nana had this old night gown that he was able to use instead. They could not go ANYWHERE with out it, or there would be trouble!! Tanner's dad really loved the fact that it had flowers and lace all over too!! (Hello Myron....It was BLUE!!!)

Anyway, once Tanner's baby brother was born 3 years later (or so) he then forfeited the mimi to Jordan. By then, it was a little ragged, and had a very convenient hole that made it perfect for Jord's to have a cape!! It looked really good as part of his Frodo get up he wore everyday... (sorry, I digress...)

Then one day after Jack was born, we were over at their house for a visit. Jack was being very fussy, so Jordan was such a sweet cousin and let him "borrow" his mimi. He saw how much Jack loved it, so he told Jack he could have it!! Very selfless act in deed! (shortly after, he was even caught sneaking in, loving on the mimi when he thought no one was looking...)

Well, when cousin Karson was born just 3 months later, Jack wasn't willing to part with it, so we compromised.

We cut it in half.

Now the mimi lives on in two more families!
