I just read this from a dear friends blog. They were in our ward and they took GREAT care of our family while they lived here!! Now they are freezing in Iowa! Their little girl is just older than Jack. They are dear sweet girls. I guess this just pricked my heart just right today. You know. "One of those days" I wished THE WHOLE WORLD would see life through a child's eyes..."A while ago we were at the library and Audrey made friends with a girl and her 2 caregivers. The girl was severely disabled, couldn't walk or talk and had some deformities. The caregivers were sweet as curious Audrey asked them questions about her new friend. Then we said goodbye and went to check out our books. Audrey ran back to tell the caregivers something and this is what she said.
"She is a child of God. And I don't know if you know this but God makes everyone different but He loves all of his children."
Yes. Yes, Audrey. You are right.
