Here is an update: Brianna was admitted to the hospital on Monday, October 27 th because she was still having too many contractions in spite of taking her medication to stop them. They were going to keep her there and get them stopped before she could go home. Well. . . they never stopped but just kept dialating her until on Friday, Halloween, she was at a 6 and ready to pop! So to the ER for another baby boy. . . Joseph Keith Allen was born at 2:52 pm. Weighing in at a whopping 5lbs 7oz and 19 inches long. Yes he does have alot of hair but not quite like his big brother Jack's. His hair is also a golden blonde. He even got to have an alien costume for Halloween when they took him to the NICU where he is learning to breathe and eat by himself. He is getting better, actually today he graduated to the intermediate section. Brianna will get to go home on Monday, November 3 but Baby Joe will still have to be in the hospital for a little while longer. Brianna wanted me to post this update with a few of the pictures of the little pumpkin....

WOW!!! Congrats you guys! I'm so glad that he weighed a semi-healthy weight and pretty long too for how early he was! Keep us updated when you have the chance but make sure to love that little guy lots for all of us. He's so cute!!

Oh yeah! He's so darn cute, but so darn little! I can tell that in another coupke of weeks after his brandnew babyness wears away he'll look tons like Jack! I can't believe his blonde hair- so not what I expected. I love him! I hope by the time you read this you will be feeling better and Joe will be stronger. Love you long time!
That boy just couldn't stay in any longer? He must have really wanted to join your fantastic family. We love you and are glad that he's here.
