Jack was being so kind as to give Baby Joe his toy! He wouldn't take it from Jack, so Jack improvised. The funny thing is, Baby Joe didn't know what to do, so he just left it there.Jack has been doing so well!! He is now going to be getting 34 hours of therapy a week! 30 of which are ABA (applied behavior analysis) therapy. It's to help him understand and learn how to be in real life situations. It's going to be such a blessing!! He already knows his shapes and numbers! If you write them down, and then ask him where they are, he will point to the right one EVERY time!! He is such a smart little boy, just trapped in his own body! We are going to break him free, though!!
Baby Joe is going to have physical therapy for sure! Still not sure about the other services yet...with all the budget cuts, they are unsure. But I am so grateful for the knowledge that I have now with how the whole system works. I know how to make sure he gets the help he needs AND deserves!!
